Maria Lungu is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Karsh Institute of Democracy at the University of Virginia, specializing in predictive policing and digital tools in public administration. She holds a PhD from Florida Atlantic University along with a diverse educational background in finance, law, and business administration. Her research focuses on the intersection of law, public policy, and artificial intelligence, particularly examining the accuracy and impact of AI in criminal justice and administrative processes.
