Dr. James Lennox is an economist specializing in the development and application of large-scale economic models to support policy-making, with a focus on urban and transportation economics. He leads the urban economic modelling programme at Victoria University's Centre of Policy Studies (CoPS), where he is responsible for advancing Spatial Computable General Equilibrium (SCGE) models. Dr. Lennox has extensive experience in assessing the economic impacts of major transport infrastructure and land use planning across various regions, including Australia, Italy, and New Zealand.
