Bio
Professor David Stupples is an expert in electronic warfare and radar systems, with a research career at the Royal Signals and Radar Establishment in the UK and Hughes Aircraft Corporation in the US. He currently focuses on low probability of intercept radars at City University London, collaborating with industry under the ELINT banner. A Senior Partner at PA Consulting Group and a member of the Association of Old Crows, he has a distinguished career in the development and consultancy of surveillance and intelligence systems.
