Bio

Professor Jude Kong is a Canada Research Chair in Community-Oriented Artificial Intelligence and Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Disease at the University of Toronto. He is the Director of the AIMMLab and leads various consortia focused on AI in public health, including AI4PEP. Professor Kong's work has been widely recognized through multiple awards for his pioneering use of AI and data science methodologies to address global socio-ecological challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
