Bio
Jathan Sadowski is a Senior Lecturer and DECRA Fellow at Monash University's Emerging Technologies Research Lab. His research focuses on the political economy and social theory of technology, particularly in the context of insurance technology and actuarial governance. He is an Associate Investigator with the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society and the author of 'Too Smart' and 'The Mechanic and the Luddite'.
