Bio

Maarten de Laat is a professor in Augmented and Networked Learning at the University of South Australia, serving as the co-director of the Centre for Change and Complexity in Learning (C3L). His research encompasses learning and value creation in social networks, utilizing practice-based methodologies to assess the impact of technology and AI on learning systems. He is also the co-chair of the international Networked Learning Conference and editor of the Springer book series on Research in Networked Learning.
