Bio
Zoe Jay Hawkins is the Head of Policy Design at the Australian National University's Tech Policy Design Centre, where she leads interdisciplinary research to enhance tech governance in Australia and globally. With a robust background in foreign affairs, politics, and technology, her previous roles include managing Amazon’s digital policy in Australia and New Zealand and advising Australian government ministers on cybersecurity and digital economy strategies. Zoe holds an MSc from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor from the University of Sydney.
