Karen Mossberger is Professor Emerita in the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University and Director Emerita of the Center on Technology, Data and Society. With a strong focus on urban policy, digital inequality, and the evaluation of broadband programs, she has authored multiple influential books and received numerous awards, including the 2022 Goldsmith Prize for Best Academic Book from Harvard Kennedy School's Shorenstein Center.
