Bio

Rita Yi Man Li is a Full Professor in the Department of Economics and Finance at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She is the founder and director of the Sustainable Real Estate Research Center and is recognized as one of Stanford University's World's Top 2% Scientists for her work in artificial intelligence, real estate economics, and sustainable development. An author of nine books and over 200 articles, she serves on editorial boards for SSCI/SCIE journals and participates as a keynote speaker at international conferences.
