Bio

Dr. Michael Duffy is an Associate Professor at Monash Business School and serves as the Director of the Corporate Law, Organisation and Litigation Research Group. He holds degrees in Commerce and Law, a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, and a PhD from Monash University. Dr. Duffy specializes in company law, shareholder protection, financial product regulation, and has an extensive publication record in corporate governance, class actions, and ASIC law.
