Bio

Iris Lim is a researcher focusing on the governance of technologies experienced by marginalized communities, particularly in public sector user-experiences. Holding a Ph.D. in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, her work emphasizes critical policy approaches and university-community-policy partnerships. She currently leads a UK-based ESRC-funded project in collaboration with the Food Foundation, exploring digital food assistance in the UK, India, and Sudan.
