Sam Roggeveen is the Director of the International Security Program at the Lowy Institute and was the founding editor of The Interpreter. He has previously served as a senior analyst at Australia's peak intelligence agency, the Office of National Assessments, and is recognized for his expertise in strategic policy and Australia's defense strategy.
