Bio
Dr. Terry Flynn is an Associate Professor of Communications Management at McMaster University and the founding director of the Master of Communications Management program. With over 20 years in communications consulting, he is internationally recognized for his expertise in crisis and risk communication, having advised organizations such as the U.S. Navy Public Health Agency and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. His scholarly work has been published in several esteemed journals, and he is an award-winning teacher noted for his engaging courses.
