Oreste Pollicino is a full professor of constitutional law at Bocconi University, specializing in GDPR, media, and internet law, and leads the LLM in Law of Internet Technologies. He serves as an Honest Broker for the European Commission on disinformation, is a board member of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, and participates in several international committees. His research focuses on European and Comparative Constitutional Law, Digital Constitutional Law, Media Law, and Internet Law, exploring the intersection of digital age issues and fundamental rights protection.
